At Salus Moda, all of our products are handmade and produced in small batches. Because of the nature of these items, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Natural variations in color, texture, or appearance are normal for handmade products and do not qualify as defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Limited Exception)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Shipping Delays

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Delays do not qualify for refunds.
