Certain products on the Salus Moda website may be offered as one-time purchases or optional subscriptions. This policy explains how changes or cancellations apply to these purchase options.

Subscriptions

When you choose a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Payment details are stored securely, and your payment method will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless the subscription is paused or canceled in advance.

Subscriptions may be modified, paused, or canceled at any time through your customer account or via the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Once a subscription order has been processed or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review our Refund Policy for additional details.

One-Time Purchases 

All one-time purchases are subject to our All Sales Final policy due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processed.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Salus Moda may offer pre-order items for products that are not yet available.

Pre-orders may require full or partial payment at checkout. If a pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, it may be canceled at our discretion. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it is considered final and is subject to our Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

Salus Moda does not currently offer try-before-you-buy purchases. Any future offerings of this type will be governed by updated terms clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
